Chessa Leshea Akins

A graduate of Texas Tech University School of Law, Chessa was a member of the Law Review as well a member of Phi Delta Phi while a law student. Additionally, she clerked for Judge Sam R. Cummings, United States District Court Judge for the Northern District of Texas. After graduating from law school, Chessa was a senior associate at Hightower & Partners in Miami, Florida before returning to practice law in Texas.

At Rosenblatt Law Firm, Chessa predominantly handles litigation and real estate matters, striving to help clients achieve a resolution when they feel out of options. The achievement, Chessa considers most significant with the firm, was a defense verdict for a small, local restaurant tenant whose landlord sought an eviction and damages.
