Richard G. Fowler

I am very pleased with the out come of my child custody case with Mr. Fowler. He was very knowledgeable in my situation and willing to help. My case is still on going however, Mr. Fowler was able to help get my children out of an emergancy situation that no other lawyer said was possible i have had t...wo different attorneys and both have just made things worse or of little to no help and also would not help with out up front payment. Mr. Fowler worked me to pay him, his fee's I am really greatfull for this, if it was not for that my children would still be in a very dangerous and unhealthy life with their dad. I am forever greatfull to Mr. Fowler for all his help and attention in this case.

Everything was good from the start, good introduction, a willing to help. A sense that someone was going to be fighting for me. Halfway through the case, i was directed to step down, stop fighting, encouraged that i would not have satisfactory results and spend a fortune trying to obtain them. I was ...told i would spend a lot and would have to pay him a lot if i wanted to keep fighting and try to obtain rights for my child in excess of a standard court ordered ruling. I gave up, and accepted that i would not obtain any extra rights. The court room situation was horrible, there were a few things the opposing party said on the stand, that my lawyer did not even catch that may or may not have led in my favor. In the end, even though i was told i would spend a lot of money if i continue,i ended up having to pay what was quoted to me had i continued anyway. I am very dissatisfied. I plan on continuing to fight for full custody for my child in the coming days. I will re-enter court, and i will have a stronger lawyer, and one that will have sympathy for my scenario and actually see it through with me to the end.
