Incompetent. I found myself in a custody battle and hired Mr. Jacobs to fight for what was right. I was sadly disappointed. He did not fight, did nothing to prepare me or my witnesses prior to court, did not conduct a discovery for the opposing side as they did for me, did not do accounting of the fi...nances of the companies involved, did not take depositions from the other witnesses, and basically handed the case over to the opposing side. This man should not be practicing family law.
