Dawn was my divorce attorney from 2015 - 2016. My divorce was nasty and drawn out because of my ex-husband, and Dawn handled everything professionally, and in a timely manner. In 2018 I needed geographical restrictions lifted, so I hired Dawn for that process as well. Once again, Dawn went above a...nd beyond for me! Her staff was amazing as well. I highly recommend Dawn; she and her staff do a stellar job!

I received more than adequate assistance from Mrs Laubach and her team. They provided me and my husband more than exceptional service. We had to go to court several times and they never once complained about the amount of work they had to do to assist us. It was all covered under the retainer. Even ...up until the last court day, which came as a total surprise from the Attorney General, she assisted us and made sure we had no further problems. My experience with Mrs Laubach and her staff has been exceptional. She has provided me service through one divorce and a myriad of custody issues, modifications and difficulties that have arisen along the way. Mrs Laubach was completely upfront about cost, which was more than reasonable, compared t...o others in the area. But whats more, Dawn seems to seek out ways you can help to lower your own costs. She is extremely knowledgeable in the area of family law, and from my experience, the specifics of the military as it pertains to family law in Texas. She made a difficult process much easier for me. The majority of our work was at my pace and over email or phone, so I didn't have to take a lot of time off work to address issues. She worked diligently for me and the welfare of my children, and I would highly recommend her to anyone in the San Antonio area. She is a true professional. And her staff have an amazing work ethic. You cannot do better.

I hired Ms Laubach to assist me with child support issues. I felt like her secretary was more helpful during the process. I paid my retainer up front. Ms Laubach also got payment from the defendant's parents. I followed up with Ms Laubach after the case had gone to court, because the issues still... weren't resolved. One issue was paperwork that was supposed to have already be faxed weren't on file with the attorney general. So, Ms Laubach "refaxed" the paperwork and also sent a couple of emails out. I asked if I was going to be reimbursed any money for lawyer fees, since she had received payment from the other party. She told me she had to "redo" the billing due to "dealing with recent issues." This was confusing to me. It wasn't additional things I was requesting. I was wanting the original issues to be resolved. It wasn't my fault the paperwork wasn't received by the attorney general. Why should I have to pay for that? Also, how long can it possibly take to send a couple of emails? Anyway, this was in February. I have yet to receive any reimbursement of legal fees. I keep emailing her every month. She keeps giving all kinds of excuses. I have yet to even see a bill. She was paid more than double her retainer and did minimal work! And my issues still aren't resolve, but I refuse to use her services any longer. If I ever get any money back from her, I will use it to find a better attorney. Hopefully not a crook and one that will follow through.
