My experience with Mrs Laubach and her staff has been exceptional. She has provided me service through one divorce and a myriad of custody issues, modifications and difficulties that have arisen along the way. Mrs Laubach was completely upfront about cost, which was more than reasonable, compared t...o others in the area. But whats more, Dawn seems to seek out ways you can help to lower your own costs. She is extremely knowledgeable in the area of family law, and from my experience, the specifics of the military as it pertains to family law in Texas. She made a difficult process much easier for me. The majority of our work was at my pace and over email or phone, so I didn't have to take a lot of time off work to address issues. She worked diligently for me and the welfare of my children, and I would highly recommend her to anyone in the San Antonio area. She is a true professional. And her staff have an amazing work ethic. You cannot do better.

I first contacted this office in early May to create a prenuptial agreement for my June wedding. It started off great- they contacted me quickly and sent me the quote of how much it would cost and the demographic paperwork. They also sent me an email with two times for an appointment on June 2nd ask...ing me to select the time that worked best. I emailed them back quickly with the time that worked after I was able to ensure time off from work. I also sent them the demographic sheet complete with very personal information you don't trust just anyone with. This is where it all went downhill. I called 2 times and sent 3 emails to confirm that my information had been received and that the appointment time was set. All of these attempts were to no avail. Mind you I'm the paying customer and I'm having to do all the leg work. Several times I spoke to front desk staff that assured me they would give my message to the right person and I never heard back from them. The paralegal, Shelley, did not answer any of my emails. June 2nd comes and I have taken time off and still have not heard from anyone confirming my appointment. .so i call another lawyer. They pick up on the first ring and within 15 minutes are getting the necessary information to draw up a draft for me. Such a refreshing experience after this nightmare. Today, June 3rd, I open an email from Shelley saying she will talk to the lawyer about squeezing me in. This office is not one you want to represent you! They don't respect your time or value you as a customer!

Mrs Laubach is not a trustworthy attorney, caught her misleading me on numerous occassions on trial date, tries to overstate the type of abilities that she has along with her lack of capabilities She tends to be demeaning, and not at all personable. She comes off very over bearing but in the court ro...om she fails to keep the persona up when it is needed. I am very disappointed in regards to her representation, which now I will have incur more cost to hire another attorney to appeal the verdict of my case. She claimed that it would be easy to receive back attorney fees and she did not prevail in this request either. So she took my money and never called me back for clarification of the full outcome of my case. I have now hired another attorney that has had experience dealing with her and when I spoke of my experience with her as my attorney, they were not surprised, my new law firm has also helped other people that she has not been truthful or forth coming with. She receives the money and then she shows up and I had to refresh her on our case, it was a very unsettling feeling having to constantly remind her to question things that should of been common sense in our case. Keep in mind this was in court room when I reminding her of what to ask the opposing side. SAVE YOUR $200.00 AN HOUR for a competent attorney, she is a far cry from being able to provide a good representation in a court of law.
