Michael Anthony Morgan

Hello. I know there may be other positive experiences for other peoples at other times but this is just what I can tell from my own experience working with this lawyer and his firm. Others may have different opinions and that's perfectly fine but mine opinion is not good at all. I had a very bad expe...rience overall working with Mr. Morgan. From the very beginning before we made the contract and payment every looks great, good and fast communication, good explanation and interest to help etc. but just after we do the full payment up front everything changed for the worst. Very bad communication sometimes he or his workers respond a week or more later after we ask something, he or his workers did a lot of mistakes filling simple information in an application even after we sent the correct information to him more than once. Sometimes is look like he did not pay too much attention to the info we sent or not care too much or have a lot of other more priority clients I don’t know but is the feeling I have. At the end the application was not correct in a way that is acceptable for USCIS and was rejected. Mr. Morgan did not want to correct the application he just sent unacceptable for USCIS and just ask more money to make the correction. We paid a substantial amount of money for a good/acceptable application not for one USCIS will not even consider because was not aligned to USCIS requirements for the specific case. I may need to spend more money or time to properly do the application but not with Mr. Morgan. Of course he can have his own justifications about it that is a very human thing to do try to justify a bad work but this is how I feel after working with him and has to be a reason for that. If this review help anybody including Mr. Morgan to improve his work in the future I will be glad. If you decide disregard this is also fine my mission sharing my experience is done for the one will take it in consideration. I have no intention to harm anybody just share my very own opinion and experience that I cannot change. I wish the best of luck to Mr. Morgan and colleagues and hope he improve from this. Thanks P.S. The contract always include the preparation of the asylum application they know better I have the contract so was not only try to secure the release of my niece that by the way you know better my niece was naturally release it with all the girls she were with in the same situation and not because your intervention. The big part of this was the asylum application you know that and what you provided is unaceptable for uscis. I did try already to reconcile with your office but the response I got was "Please do not contact my office anymore" you know what you are doing but hey is human to try to cover a bad work. Good luck doing business like this. People in the world help yourself and find another lawyer. There are plenty of firms better and more professional, doesn't have to be this one. You will thank me later. This is not a duplicate review. This is just my review. If there are other reviews from the same network is because this affects directly other people that live in my house like my niece and nephew and they have their own right to say theirs own opinion and experience about this business. This bussines is trying hard saying anything to don't have any bad review but thats part of life if you do a bad work. You should learn how to live with bad reviews and improve from them and not desperately accuse of anything just to get rid of the bad review. Shame on you.

Hello, this is based only in my own experience with this law firm. My main dissatisfaction is for the lack of professionalism of this lawyer and firm. Before the payment up front they required everything looks good but don't be fooled by that because after payment almost every time they said they are... going to call me back and they didn't. I have to wait sometimes more than a week to get any response from Mr. Morgan or his coworkers. Only if I insist hard every day they finally get to me by message or some times by call. Is very hard to communicate with these people. They said several times that I am going to receive all immigration communication from USCIS and I did not receive any of it. Only his firm received the communication so they have all control over it. I lost huge amount of time because the delays caused by Mr. Morgan and his firm. The application of asylum he finally made was wrong and unacceptable for USCIS taking in consideration the specifics of the case. The application must be written in a correct way acceptable for USCIS. We try to talk with the lawyer and try to fix this but all he want is more money. He even treated us bad by phone and email. He may said this is a misunderstanding of the contract that's a classic justification in the history of lawyers but he knows what he is doing and knows he did not deliver. An unacceptable application is like no application at all. To receive a poor service, low professionalism, delays, bad treatment and useless result please do yourself a favor and look for another lawyer. You can thanks me later.
