Biography
Michael Morgan devotes the majority of his practice to complex immigration cases, human rights violations, and personal injury matters. Regardless of the size of the case, Michael will devote personal attention to tailor a case plan in accordance with each client's respective objectives.
Michael Morgan set his heart on representing victims of injustice when he witnessed the September 11th attack on New York from nearby a suburb. Michael recalls, “For years, my father passed through the World Trade Center every day on his way to work. I first learned of the attack when my mother relayed a message from my father confirming that he was safe. Notwithstanding my family’s blessing, thousands of innocent families were fractured that day. This ignited a passion to provide a voice for those in need.”
As fate would have it, Michael would eventually channel his vision, education, and training to serve the source of his inspiration. Michael had the opportunity to fulfill such service following the passage of the 911 Victim Compensation Fund.
Today, Michael focuses his practice on immigration, personal injury, and human rights. The common denominator of these practice areas is the size of opposing counsel in comparison to the people Michael represents. Michael proudly represents individuals. Mr. Morgan has fought for hundreds of individuals in a wide variety of areas including: asylum; deportation proceedings; motions to reopen; auto accidents; commercial vehicle accidents; felony charges; and misdemeanor charges.
