Michael Jason Adams

Mr. Micheal J. Adams is unable to return a phone call, email, or any other way you attempt to contact him from my experience. I have reached out to him through multiple ways of communication, waited sometimes weeks for a response and I just don't recieve one. Doesn't a client have the right to commun...icate with their lawyer? I have delt with my fair share of lawyers and I understand they have a bad reputation in general. Mr. Micheal J. Adams has gone beyond what I feel are the things I've witnessed with previous lawyers. Specifically, he has done three main things so I have reported him to the licensure board. Since I have reported him, I do not feel comfortable naming the specific things he has done. This would identify me to him.

I filed for bankruptcy in 2008 and everything was discharged according to my lawyer in early 2009. And in 2010, I got served with several outstanding judgments. As it turns out my lawyer did not follow the correct procedures and I ended up having to file a charge against this attorney with the sta...te bar. I have not had any luck in getting a response from Mr. Adams, and will let the state handle the issues. I would not recommend this person to anyone needing to file bankruptcy.
