I responded to a radio advertisement by Kenneth Grubbs offering modification services to avoid foreclosure. On my initial consultation instead of discussing his modification services Mr Grubbs had a prepared presentation to discuss sueing my mortgage company for improper assignment of my mortgag...e. He told me "your case is probably the best case of improper assignment I've ever seen". He also said "when all else fails I can always modify your home". A couple of years and several thousand dollars later he holds a conference in a large conference room in San Antonio with approximately sixty other of his clients. He makes us all sign confidentiality agreements and states, amongst other things, "sorry guys the fight is over. You are all going to lose your homes". I scheduled a one on one meeting with Kenneth Grubbs after that conference to discuss my case. While I was in the waiting room I was shocked to hear him tell a women "I am so sorry for the loss of your home. I have always felt your case was probably the best case of improper assignment I've ever seen". Made me sick to my stomach to hear that. In our one on one I reminded Mr Grubbs of his promise the my home could always be modified. His reply was "I know, I should have never promised anything. I've learned from this case to never promised a client anything again". I felt lied to and betrayed. Kenneth Grubbs never modified my home as he promised would always be an option. As far as I know approximately sixty other people in the same conference with me lost their homes also. I had two conference times to choose from so I can only assume there are even more people effected by Kenneth Grubbs. I would never recommend his services to anyone. I would stay away from this attorney.

Mr. Gruubs is a great attorney for foreclosures. He is very upfront in his consultation he never promises on what the outcome might be. He let's you know that there is a possibility that you will loose your home or you might win. The seminars that apparently the person posted about where many years a...go and even then nothing was promised. They were just to give status of the cases that were pending in foreclosure. It is obvious that the anonymous post is from someone that has a personal problem with Mr. Grubbs and is trying to defamation his name. Only a true client will know the hard work Mr. Grubbs puts into his cases.
