Harold C. Zuflacht

Harold took on our complex case late in the game. My previous attorney had failed on so many levels that things seemed almost impossible to fix. I shared the details of my divorce process with Harold and explained my wants and concerns. (The wellness and safety of my child was an area I asked his ...team to laser focus.) Harold helped me get through my divorce and he helped me protect the most valuable asset in my life, my child. Harold was always professional and respectful of what I wanted to accomplish with the divorce, he never lost sight of the long term goal we set. He was patient with me when he would often have to remind me to not get lost looking for short term gains. He was great working through all of my options a...nd how they would work out before we would chose a path to proceed. He was very focused on making sure that everything we did was right for my family and he made sure that my kids well being was always the priority. He was always extremely prepared for court and ready for any obstacles that would come up. He even suggested a custody evaluation to strengthen our case and ease the burden of prof off of me. He was so effective the first day in court that my ex-wife had to face the reality that she was not guaranteed to win custody just because she was the mother of our children. In the end I have custody of my children and we are now focusing on their future. He knows how to navigate through the court system, he is very respected in the court house by all of the clerks and Judges and that makes for a much less hostile environment in a troubling time in your life. I can not say enough great things about Mr. Zuflacht, even if we had not won the case I would recommend him on his professionalism, honesty, and respect he holds for his clients and colleagues.

Divorce is difficult. It's emotionally heartbreaking, terrifying, and one feels completely lost and bound by logistics of getting out of a marriage from someone who doesn't want to be married to you anymore. Harold was amazing in providing me with the best information and helping me go through the le...gal paperwork and procedures of divorce. Divorce is not an easy process, but Harold guided me through it seamlessly so that I could move on and start a new life. I would recommend anyone who is going through a divorce to use his services because it will be one less thing for you to worry about. You already have so much on your plate so it helps to have someone by your side to take care of everything that has to do with the legal process of divorce.
