Harold C. Zuflacht

I read that Harold is “just the right amount of knight in shining armor and gentleman that you need.” I wholeheartedly agree! After my first meeting with Harold, it was clear to me that he was the attorney I wanted in my corner. Throughout my divorce proceedings Harold remained on top of things, ke...pt me informed of each step, explained what would be important and what was needed in preparation for court. Mr. Zuflacht is exceptionally creative, knowledgeable and strategic. I also found him to be surprisingly funny; an added bonus when emotions ran high, making me laugh and feel at ease. Since my mediated settlement, Harold has continued his assistance with me in following up to make sure I am doing well back in the work force as well as working to make sure my financials are in order. Harold was always professional and respectful of what I wanted to accomplish with the divorce, he never lost sight of the long term goal we set. He was patient with me when he would often have to remind me to not get lost looking for short term gains. He knows how to navigate through the court system, he is very respected in the court house by all of the clerks and Judges and that makes for a much less hostile environment in a troubling time in your life. I can not say enough great things about Mr. Zuflacht, even if we had not won the case I would recommend him on his professionalism, honesty, and respect he holds for his clients and colleagues.

We hired Harold Zuflacht for our complicated child custody case. From the initial consultation all the way to the last conversation we had, he has been amazing. Harold prepared us for every scenario we could have been faced with in the court room. He and his staff (Kathy Shipley) always kept us in...formed and ready to go. He even helped us cut costs by giving me the opportunity to retrieve items needed for court myself. He is a loving father and husband and you can tell that his work is very personal to him. You could tell that he really sympathized with our situation and truly wanted to help us, not just for the bottom line.
