Britney has represented individuals, families, businesses, schools, public housing authorities and more throughout her career in varied areas such as real estate law, education law, appellate law, criminal defense, constitutional, trusts and estates, and family law. She has also appeared before the Wyoming Supreme Court.
As a former prosecutor, Britney loves being in a courtroom. She believes that excellent advocacy requires a trial lawyer who can see the big picture, is comfortable in a courtroom, but able to seek a collaborative resolution when appropriate. From the outset of your case, Britney will analyze your case’s strengths and weakness to strategically develop a precise game plan to drive towards a successful resolution. Britney attended undergraduate school at Hawaii Pacific University and Montana State University. She graduated summa cum laude receiving a bachelor’s degree in Philosophy and a Women’s Studies minor. She was a member of the Philosophy Debate Team, winning regional awards and competing at nationals. During her undergraduate studies, she also studied abroad at Christ University in Bangalore, India. After completing her bachelor’s degree, Britney attended law school at Vermont Law School. While in law school, she clerked for the Honorable Judge David B. Park, Seventh District Court of Natrona County. Britney was a student-intern for Gerry Spence Trial Lawyer’s College, and she is a Reptile graduate.
Britney remains driven by wanderlust and has traveled across the world visiting countries including India, Malaysia, Laos, Vietnam, Thailand, Cambodia, Indonesia, Singapore, Mexico, El Salvador, Dominican Republic, and Belize. She is an avid runner and placed second in the Grizzly Marathon.
