I’m passionate about representing businesses, investors, and other entrepreneurs through the full range of legal and business issues from entity formation, capital raising, acquisitions, strategic partnerships, and exit.
I also assist those same businesses, investors, and entrepreneurs with other related legal needs, such as estate planning.
