Caring and Trustworthy

I think I have been blessed to be able to cross path with Mark Braswell and his office, including Alan Buckley and Robert Mitchell. I was in a divorce case for multiple years and I came to Mark Braswell’s firm and they have been very supportive to help me throughout this very difficult time. Even whe...never we hit issues, they have been very positive about the whole situation. I have full trust and confidence in his law firm and they will come through in the right direction to help me in my case. I feel that it’s taking a little longer than I expected, but we continue fighting forward with a positive attitude. To my three angels, thank you for all that you do.

Thankful for his help during tough times

I went to Mark with an urgent matter regarding a restraining order and child custody issue. He and his staff consulted with me and within a 2-3 week time frame we were in court with a better outcome than I could've ever imagined. His experience and knowledge definetly paid off. To my knowledge, it's ...not often that a father obtain custody of his children......and he helped me do that.

Indispensible

I cannot adequately express my satisfaction with the work Mr. Braswell has done on my case and for me! He worked very quickly to expedite my divorce and child custody case, understood my circumstances as a Soldier, and spoke with me numerous times to keep me informed and to keep my case on track. It ...was especially important, in my case, to have a lawyer who understood the military and could navigate both aspects of the law, be it military or civil. Mr. Braswell is an indispensible asset to the legal community of San Antonio, a rare gem among crooked and greedy attorneys out to make a buck from your unfortunate circumstances...anyone should feel quite lucky to have him in their corner.

Divorce dealing with military retirement entitlements

Mark is very knowledgeable in divorce law. He is highly experienced in divorce cases dealing with military retirement entitlements. In my case, we were able to settle without having to go to court. I highly recommend Mark Braswell.
