After a hearing for Temporary Orders less than one year after the Final Decree of Divorce was signed, the Trial Judge appointed my client as the Primary Managing Conservator of his two-year old and four-year old sons.
The Agreed Final Order was for 50%/50% shared custody with neither parent designated as the Primary Managing Conservator.
The jury appointed my client as the Primary Managing Conservator of her five-year daughter and reversed the decision by Judge Andy Mireles who appointed the Petitioner-Father as the Sole Managing Conservator at the Temporary Orders hearing.
The Plaintiff received a settlement of $35,000.00 on the second day of the jury trial and the Third-Party Plaintiff’s claims were dropped.
I later received a favorable verdict for my client at trial for the permanent guardianship.
