Thankful for his help during tough times
I went to Mark with an urgent matter regarding a restraining order and child custody issue. He and his staff consulted with me and within a 2-3 week time frame we were in court with a better outcome than I could've ever imagined. His experience and knowledge definetly paid off. To my knowledge, it's ...
"Mark is a hard charging, dedicated attorney, whose skill set serves his clients well. He is a formidable opposing counsel, whose professionalism and courtesy, makes him an attorney who can achieve results for his clients where other attorneys cannot. I endorse this lawyer."
"I have personally worked with Mark Braswell on several cases. He has incredible trial and communication skills in front of both juries and judges. I feel that he truly cares about his clients and works hard to help them. Anyone would be lucky to have Mark Braswell in their corner. I am honored to endorse this lawyer's work."

After a hearing for Temporary Orders less than one year after the Final Decree of Divorce was signed, the Trial Judge appointed my client as the Primary Managing Conservator of his two-year old and four-year old sons.
The Agreed Final Order was for 50%/50% shared custody with neither parent designated as the Primary Managing Conservator.
The jury appointed my client as the Primary Managing Conservator of her five-year daughter and reversed the decision by Judge Andy Mireles who appointed the Petitioner-Father as the Sole Managing Conservator at the Temporary Orders hearing.
The Plaintiff received a settlement of $35,000.00 on the second day of the jury trial and the Third-Party Plaintiff’s claims were dropped.
I later received a favorable verdict for my client at trial for the permanent guardianship.
