Powerhouse Divorce Attorney, Reasonably Priced.
Initially, I hired Mark to represent me in a divorce that I thought was going to be amicable. My ex and I negotiated division of property, spousal support, visitation-everything. My husband and I agreed that one of us (me) would hire one upstanding attorney that was not overpriced-someone who would...

Sterling Attorney
My grandmother once gave me the best compliment I have could ever receive. She called me sterling and said it was the greatest compliment you could ever give to someone of the highest moral character. As I do not consider myself to be sterling, I am continually striving to be sterling and perhaps on...

100% effective! The peoples Lawyer
I was referred to Mark while pursing gaining custody of my children. After having a not so good experience with another lawyer in San Antonio, Mark was a breath of fresh air. He made me feel like I was a client, not just a person with money coming in. When I needed to talk to him, I talked to him, no...

Excellent Rating!
After yet another false CPS complaint was made against me, I found myself in a very intimidating courtroom. All the professionals were greeting my ex husband and I felt so alone. When Mark entered the room he never left my side. I felt the entire mood of the court change immediately. I knew at tha...

After a hearing for Temporary Orders less than one year after the Final Decree of Divorce was signed, the Trial Judge appointed my client as the Primary Managing Conservator of his two-year old and four-year old sons.
The Agreed Final Order was for 50%/50% shared custody with neither parent designated as the Primary Managing Conservator.
The jury appointed my client as the Primary Managing Conservator of her five-year daughter and reversed the decision by Judge Andy Mireles who appointed the Petitioner-Father as the Sole Managing Conservator at the Temporary Orders hearing.
The Plaintiff received a settlement of $35,000.00 on the second day of the jury trial and the Third-Party Plaintiff’s claims were dropped.
I later received a favorable verdict for my client at trial for the permanent guardianship.
