Shamrez Amin Ali

Mr. Shamrez Ali was the first attorney to contact me after the day after I was struck by a car while I was on a crosswalk. Mr. Ali made arrangements to meet me at my home the next day. He was very prompt and very knowledgeable in regards to my rights and my case. He was very organized, prepared, and ...most of all very caring and patient. He is also very thorough. It seemed that I was going to receive a very small settlement in the beginning due to unfortunate circumstances that were unfair to me and to me very unjust. As a result of being a pedestrian victim, I received injuries that have resulted in losing my job and my home. My injuries are unfortunately never going away and are degenerative now. This being said, Mr. Ali was understanding I my situation and did everything he could to make sure that my settlement was substantially more than what was expected in the beginning. He didn't not stop pursuing as far as allowed and believe me it is most certainly 4 to 5 times more than what I was expecting. And it could not have come at a more better time. Mr. Ali was very caring of the losses I have incurred and up until a couple of weeks ago, facing homelessness. Needless to say.... Mr. Ali worked diligently and stayed persistent to get me an amount that is now going to help in putting my life back together and a fresh start. I highly recommend Mr. Shamrez Ali to anyone.
