Four years ago, our lives changed forever. it was the day of our wedding anniversary. I left work early to surprise my wife. Plans changed when I was struck by a truck. At that moment, our anniversary changed from being a day of celebration to a day of remembering a horrible experience. I had multipl...e injuries & had to have surgery immediately. once i was able to wrap my head around what happened & the lifelong challenge we were going to face, my wife and I knew we had to take legal action. We received the number for Sunil & Shamrez Ali from a friend. We Scheduled Sunil Ali to come to our home the day I was discharged from the hospital. We were hesitant, at first, because our family was going through a rollercoaster of emotions already. When Sunil arrived at the house, he removed his shoes unsteadily. We can not change the past or the deep impact that this tragedy has had on us, but we can move forward peacefully knowing that Shamrez & Sunil & the legal team fought hard for the future of our family.
