Your Awesome!!!

I would like to say that Lisa and her law firm did not only help my daughter with her child custody case. But made us feel at home, even though we were 200 miles away from where we live. The compassion and dedication that she and her firm showed for our case, made us feel like we were the only clien...ts she had. Divorce

Ms. Vance helped me through a very rough divorce and saw to it that all my resources were not drained by ex-wife. She pointed out many specifics that I hadn't an idea existed. I couldn't imagine where I'd be today without the help of her and her staff. Several times I needed reassuring that the co...urse I was taking was the best thing for everyone involved, and she made sure my every discomfort was attended to. In simple terms, if it had not been for Ms. Vance I'd have been raked over the coals depleting what was rightfully mine.

Legal Review

Lisa Vance is the only attorney that I would recommend for family law matters. She is the best when it comes to integrity, knowledge, professionalism. Her Knowdge of family law puts her above the rest but her compassion, integrity and focus on what is in the best interest of her client truly makes h...er shine. She always answered my phone calls promptly. My questions no matter how minor were taken seriously and answered factually. Her staff is nothing but professional. Lisa keeps her cool, professionalism in highly emotional situtions which keeps the situation from escalating to a more volotile level. My trust and faith in her ability remains solid. I recommend her to all friends, family, co-workers and aquaintances. With Lisa you can be guaranteed, honesty, quality, and integrity.

Worst Experience

This office is by far the worst I've ever experienced. The consultation is $250 with an attorney who is retired. The entire consultation she stated my husband had a great case and most definitely could go for full custody and if not 50/50. We hired the office which required a $10,000 retainer only fo...r them to sit on the case and drain the retainer for three months prior to even file for the case to be transferred to Bexar County. Once it was filed, we were instructed we would need to hire another attorney in a different county on top of keeping them and would require and additional $3,500 to keep them on if it were transferred here. His contract stated he was to receive bimonthly statements which he did not. Upon receiving all of them towards the end before we withdrew their office, the retainer was spent on correspondence between the paralegal and the attorney (no idea on what) multiple times for hours upon hours, the paralegal to review my husband's statement, the attorney to review his statement, the attorney to make adjustments, the paralegal to review again, the paralegal emailing for three months with no movement. They completely left my husband in the dark of the process what exactly was needed or what the next steps were and the actions to be taken. DO NOT HIRE THIS OFFICE! And to do this to a service member is a shame.
