Christopher arce was appointed to me by the courts. I guess he felt my right to representation wasn't his problem. I called the day I got his number and heard only from his assistant. I told the assistant I needed permission to travel out of state to visit my family before court and he told me Christ...opher would do it (he never did). I called everyday for 3 weeks until my court day. At thus point, I have no representation nor have I ever spoken with the person appointed to me.
