Chris was my second call after my accident, he should have been my first. Over the 2 YEARS it took to get my case settled, he always kept me in the loop and never ignored or brushed off any question I had. Christopher arce was appointed to me by the courts. I guess he felt my right to representation wasn't his problem. I called the day I got his number and heard only from his assistant. I told the assistant I needed permission to travel out of state to visit my family before court and he told me Christ...opher would do it (he never did). I called everyday for 3 weeks until my court day. At thus point, I have no representation nor have I ever spoken with the person appointed to me. The judge gave me permission to call him, where I found a cell phone number, called and he said he wasnt coming.
