I was referred to Jennifer by a friend after dealing with a nightmare of an attorney that I found online. Jennifer met with me, reviewed my case, and quickly fixed the mess the first attorney made. Before meeting with her, I was overwhelmed with fear of losing primary custody of my son to an ex with... a violent history and the mess with my first lawyer. Jennifer is sweet but straightforward which can come off as intimidating. It is apparent that she cares about her clients and wants a good outcome. She listens to my concerns (I had a very lengthy story) and gives great professional advice. She is very busy with other clients but when I make a call or email, she responds promptly. I would not hesitate to refer friends and family to her. She has been a blessing/guardian angel for my son and I. After hiring Jennifer, the outcome so far has been everything the other attorney said wasn’t possible.

I hired Jennifer Silva last summer for a modification of custody orders and child support enforcement. My initial consultation was great, she took the time to get to know me, asked questions, looked over my then current divorce papers and pointed out a few mistakes! (From another lawyer). During cour...t proceedings she took full control, was very confident and a little intimidating (which is a great thing). We ended up agreeing on temporary orders which worked out perfectly for my son! For our final hearing, which was today! (Almost a year later) My ex never even showed up! She walked me through the next steps and informed me what I was entitled to since he wasn't there to plead his case. Lets just say because of her, I was able to get everything I requested! I couldn't be more happier! The only issue is with the office secretaries, its kind of annoying leaving messages with them because you don't always get a call back, which I understand because they have tons of clients!

Jennifer Silva has represented me in a tough child protective services case. Recently the department was trying to take all rights away from me and place them with their abusive father which was not right on their part. Jennifer got all the facts straight and she was able to help me win against the d...epartment and have all my children return to me on the same day of court. She worked very hard for me was very persistent and precise. She presented all the facts that needed to be to have my children place back with me where they belong. She was quick in the courtroom and was able to stand her ground and fight for me. I definitely recommend her! She is nice kind good hearted and a very hard worker. She is very tough in the courtroom! I'm so glad that I was able to meet with her and have her work for me and win the case that I needed! I'm going to continue on working with her with any other legal matters because I know I will have a good outcome with her representing me. Thank you once again Jennifer for all that you done for me and for my children now they are safe back at home where they should be.
