Fantastic trial lawyer and litigator!

Marty was my outside counsel for many lawsuits during my 6 years as in-house counsel at a large oil company, including several that went all the way through trial. Two of these were high stakes trials for the company. Marty's skill in the courtroom was amazing. He has an ability to "read the room..." and adjust his tone and tactics to fit the circumstances in which he finds himself. And just as importantly for me, the cases (both trials and settlements) ended in the results Marty predicted well in advance.
