The best medical malpractice attorney you could imagine

A little more than three years ago, a medical team made mistakes during and after a routine procedure that nearly resulted in my death. I spent a month and a half in intensive care and had to take five months off from work to recuperate. The suffering was unimaginable, and I still have significant pa...in. No matter how blatant the doctors' failings were, the first malpractice attorneys I consulted didn't think my case was strong enough to pursue. In Tyler, I found a champion for my cause. From the start, he engaged my family in a transparent, ethical, and kind manner. It was always easy to get in touch with him on the phone or through email. He discovered a creative approach to my case that he thought might bring us success, despite the clear challenges we were facing. During it all, he not only kept us informed, he invited us to participate in the process as much as we wanted to, and he showed profound respect and appreciation for our contributions. He found the best medical experts. He spent many, many hours familiarizing himself with the scientific literature on the procedures I underwent and the health complications I experienced. He poured over thousands of pages of documents with a jeweler's eye. At a certain point, he was so knowledgeable about the issues that he seemed like a doctor himself. It was when it came to the depositions, though, that I realized how skilled Tyler truly is. At his side, I watched him engage the defendants with energy, expertise, determination, and unflappable courage. For the first time, I started to feel genuinely optimistic. After months of working with my family, he arranged a mediation session with the doctors, their lawyers, and their insurance company. There, too, Tyler proved himself to be an amazing strategist. At the end of it all, he negotiated a settlement for us that exceeded our hopes. My family was never in it for money; we simply wanted justice and an admission that what happened to me was wrong. Tyler got us that and much more. He never raised our expectations beyond what he saw as the best possible outcome. Amazingly, he was able to improve upon that in a substantial way. If you're looking for the most capable medical malpractice attorney in San Antonio--or maybe even Texas or the whole country--give Tyler a call. If he decides to take your case, you'll have a lion working on your side. After all was said and done, he continued to maintain a relationship with me, showing my family that he truly cared about us. We're so lucky to have found Tyler and to have had him agree to take our case. I can't recommend him highly enough. I truly believe that if he can't find justice for you, then no one can.

Excellent medical malpractice attorney

I am an attorney and entrusted to Tyler the case against the doctors responsible for the death of my mom. Tyler outworked the attorneys for the defendants and obtained a successful settlement in an area of the law that is completely slanted toward the defendants. To say I was impressed and satisfie...d is actually an understatement.
