I am a Houston lawyer with over 20 years of experience. Our law firm represents Texas clients in divorce cases, child custody matters, child visitation, child support cases, and other family law disputes.
Before forming The Larson Law Office with my wife and law partner, Diana Larson, I was a partner in the Houston, Texas office of a multi-office, Texas based law firm for several years.
A cornerstone of our law firm is personal client service and responsiveness - Diana and I personally handle every case that we accept. If you hire our law firm, you are hiring the two partners and owners of the firm. You will not be speaking about your case with a junior lawyer fresh out of law school, or with a paralegal or secretary. You will be speaking with Erik or Diana - the lawyers you hired and the lawyers who are handling your case.
I represent Texas clients in contested and uncontested divorce actions, child custody and modification proceedings, child support and modifications, visitation cases, enforcement and modification proceedings for property and support orders, suits affecting the parent-child relationship (SAPCR), and paternity lawsuits.
