I hired Ms. Thompson to help me with a divorce. I was impressed after the free initial consultation and paid the $5K retainer. After I paid the retainer things changed. She was not responsive and it took her 4-5 days on average to answer questions and return phone calls. Additionally, when I calle...d her office, she was never there. I ended up paying $10K for temporary orders and had to hire another lawyer.

I have been in and out of court trying to see my son over the years sith other lawyers who either did nothing or very little and gladly took my money for their mediocre service. I was referred to Mrs Thompson by a family member who was going through a custody battle. All I can say is that the moment ...I met her I felt that she was in my corner and would do her best to get my fatherly rights heard and given to me. First case was three years ago to get my visitation back due to moms interference. Second case was this year (2015) to get custody of my son. She has been nothing but upfront with me on what I'm doing right or wrong. So although she is my lawyer and services have to be paid I feel that I have gained a friend. I would recommend her to anyone in need of family law issues.
