Pamela S. Thompson

Based on reviews and extensive research we hired her for a custody case. We ended up spending over $25,000 on fees. There were numerous typos and errors on paperwork and decrees typed out. We would in return get charged because they had to make corrections. Retainer fees were being used for erro...rs on their part. Our calls were not returned but we were charged for each one we made to the office. Her staff never had answers for our questions and would not take messages down. Mrs. Thompson's response was she didnt get a message that we called. She started out great when hired then somewhat put us in the back burner. She was unprofessional, disrespectful and rude and thats when we decided it was best to hire another attorney. She may be overwhemed with too many cases and loses focus. Its more about making the money than best interest for her client.

Pamela has been an excellent lawyer during my divorce. She is extremely well organized and very detailed oriented. Even though she is very busy (which sometimes makes getting an appointment a challenge) she remembers the details about my case without having to rehash them every meeting. When we we...nt before the judge she provided all the necessary documentation/case law/etc not only for the judge, but had copies for me and for my ex's lawyer as well. She did a phenomenal job present my case to the judge. Even though I am the male/father in the divorce she was able to get me primary residency and really everything else out of the divorce to ensure my kids would have the best environment given the circumstances.

I have been in and out of court trying to see my son over the years sith other lawyers who either did nothing or very little and gladly took my money for their mediocre service. I was referred to Mrs Thompson by a family member who was going through a custody battle. All I can say is that the moment ...I met her I felt that she was in my corner and would do her best to get my fatherly rights heard and given to me. First case was three years ago to get my visitation back due to moms interference. Second case was this year (2015) to get custody of my son. She has been nothing but upfront with me on what I'm doing right or wrong. So although she is my lawyer and services have to be paid I feel that I have gained a friend. I would recommend her to anyone in need of family law issues.
