I have been in and out of court for my 9 year old since he was 1. I have had other attorneys, but I have never had an experience like with Ms. Gavito. She was completely thorough. She wanted everything in detail. She took a good amount of time to hear my story without making me feel like I wan on... a time limit. She actually had compassion, and seemed to really care about my case, and my son. Her prices are more then fair. She isn't the type of person to BS about your chances. Shes honest with her opinion, and wont give you unrealistic expectatiins. Shes genuinely real. This is a strong woman you would want to represent you. Shes completely sweet, and charming, but surprisingly fierce. I wouldn't want to be going up against her. It may sound like I'm talking her up, and that's because I am. I really felt blessed to have her in my corner, and I'm sure you'l feel the same way. If you're looking at her reviews befor talking with her I strongly urge you get a consultation. Just talking with her that first time gave me a huge since of relief. Anytime i have met with her shes always had a way of making me feel like everything is just going to be okay.

Letty worked with us for several years in a grand-parental rights case, she was very informative and helped us understand the process, if though this was a drawn out process in the end she helped us to keep our cool and show the judge who was really lying in the matter, all of the grandparents rights... were removed and things have worked out.

Letty was my lawyer from 2010-2012 and did an excellent job in handling my case. It was a custody battle and we won the case. I had no problems with Letty with regards to communication and felt she did an overall great job. She does alot of extra things most lawyers don't like communicate via phone w...ith your questions, email commuication. Made it alot easier in my case handling. I recommeded Letty to another friend and he had a good experience with her services.

I used Leticia Gavito from 2010 to 2012. She started off by explaining to me I can call her anytime with questions and she would answer. I hired her and we had our first court date. I thought I had a winner. My first visitation period came and the mother didn't come. I presented my court documents sa...ying the mother was suppose to be there at that time that day only to be told by the officer it is not the official copy so I couldn't use it. The copy I was given by Letty was hers and she had mine. I could not file a no show report. I called her and no response at all for a month. I finally got in touch with her and she began to lecture me without knowing any information. Later, the mother decided not to bring my daughter for two months and lied and said she was afraid of me in court. Letty did not get my time back and had me get yelled at in court for false accusations. My daughter was 1 and I have been to court twice by this time. I showed the judge that I was a stand up guy and received overnight when my daughter was 1 and a half. Letty was proud of me for being me. One thing she did well. Let me be me. Only reason my court order isn't null and void now. Recently I called her for defense from the mother moving to round rock and claiming fear of me so she doesn't have to travel from round rock to san Antonio. Without me saying a word to her she started lecturing me. She knew nothing about my case however she somehow knew everything about me. I made a mistake. I hired Letty to defend me and she made my case hell. In the end she said she would represent me for free because she messed up so much, but I said I will pray for you and your career, but I would rather pay someone to debit right than to pay an individual for a half ass job. Do not hire her. She will make things worse.
