I have been in and out of court for my 9 year old since he was 1. I have had other attorneys, but I have never had an experience like with Ms. Gavito. She was completely thorough. She wanted everything in detail. She took a good amount of time to hear my story without making me feel like I wan on... a time limit. She actually had compassion, and seemed to really care about my case, and my son. Her prices are more then fair. She isn't the type of person to BS about your chances. Shes honest with her opinion, and wont give you unrealistic expectatiins. Shes genuinely real. This is a strong woman you would want to represent you. Shes completely sweet, and charming, but surprisingly fierce. I wouldn't want to be going up against her. It may sound like I'm talking her up, and that's because I am. I really felt blessed to have her in my corner, and I'm sure you'l feel the same way. If you're looking at her reviews befor talking with her I strongly urge you get a consultation. Just talking with her that first time gave me a huge since of relief. Anytime i have met with her shes always had a way of making me feel like everything is just going to be okay.

After calling over 10 attorneys I found letty, She anwser all my questions, made me feel secure, got involve in case with out been hired, call D.Attorney and found out what was happening. she awnser email and calls in a timely matter, she took my childsupport off because we had each party a kid, and... still working on my divorce settlement. She is very knowledge, show character and respect at all time.She will fight by your side at all time, She works with you on payments, and has great fee prices as well. I was needing representation for child support so I initially hired James Warner and after he drained $5000 from me he felt I needed a female lawyer as our opponent attorney was female so he recommended Letty since they shared the same building. Best thing that could have happened. Letty was abl...e to pick up on a lot of James Warners mistakes. Very knowledgeable. Every time we would call if we left a message we would get a return call that afternoon. As where my previous attorney it would take 4 phone calls to get a return call. She was fair with her fees and worked with me on a few payments. Absolutely recommend her.

Do not hire this woman. I hired her on recommendation of a friend. This was a child custody case. Every time we went to court she wanted me to settle. I kept saying no. When we actually went before judge she was totally lost. Luckily judge still gave me custody. A social study was ordered and the res...ults were that children stay w/ me. All letty did was ask for more money.
