I hired David to help me with a lawsuit I was involved in that had a lot of twists and turns. David presented my options and strategy in a clear and concise manner and communicated with me in a timely manner. I recommend David and his team to anyone who needs it.

I live in Houston and had a legal matter develop with a venue of Hondo, Texas. Knowing attorneys are typically not concerned with travel expenses (they fly 1st class) I searched for one close to the venue. I got lucky in finding David Collins. He helped me through the legal matter and although it was expensive (the plaintiff drug the matter out unnecessarily) I was able to achieve (with David's help) what I wanted from the beginning. I found him to be concerned with keeping expenses down, punctual, and he offered good, sound legal advice. Some attorneys will offer what their client wants to hear instead of what is right. I'm lucky to know him and would seek his expertise again if the need arose.

I was very impressed with the knowledge and attention that David gave my case and was happy with the outcome. I would highly recomend David and would use his services if needed in the future.
Derek Van Gilder, Litigation Attorney
Relationship: Supervised lawyer
David worked for me for about 7 years. During that time, I witnessed his tremendous growth as a professional. He quickly grasped the intricacies of the various aspects of different areas of law in a general practice with great enthusiasm and dedication. If David encountered a new area of law with which he was not immediately familiar, he would be able to quickly come up with great research and knowledge of the law as it applied to the case at hand. His expertise of the law translated into the courtroom where he represented clients with skill and thorough preparedness. I hated to lose such a great lawyer--his move to San Antonio was my loss, but San Antonio's gain. I would encourage anyone looking for a great, well prepared, knowledgeable lawyer to seek David's counsel.
