We had a really positive experience with David Butterbaugh. With a short timeline, we needed an attorney who could help us negotiate and prepare several documents, including a premarital agreement and a trust, and someone who could be a capable intermediary and advocate for us in negotiations and re...fining these documents. We found David to be more than capable of doing so. In addition, we found David to be easy and pleasant to work with. He was accommodating with our schedules and needs, which we appreciated. He was generally available and accessible via phone and email, which we appreciates. He made it a point to understand our perspective on matters and to work within the parameters we requested. Our final bill ended up being more than expected, but we also knew that David was putting in more hours than initially expected on our work. Overall, we were delighted with David. ... We found David through an internet search and then an interview or introductory conversation. We are glad we found him and would definitely recommend him to others. In fact, we hope to work with David in the future in updating a will and in future estate planning.

I certainly feel fortunate that I found David. I had some very specific needs, including property in more than one state. David was uniquely qualified with experience in both states, but all his ratings I was reading left me with the confidence this was the lawyer for me. We started our relationsh...ip about the time Covid went into full swing, so we accomplished most of our business virtually, until signatures/notary was needed. David was always well prepared and the initial documentation I filled out, prompted me to be thorough and make decisions which cover more scenarios that I had expected. I also was hoping to expedite the activity, and David did his best to support my needs while he supported his other clients/activity. I would absolutely recommend David as a laywer to anyone in need. He is a wealth of knowledge and there was not a solution he didn't have for any of my complicated needs. Very well done indeed.

My father passed away March 28. I called David because he had written their wills in 2010. I had a couple of phone calls with David on what I needed to do with the estate. David was really nice helping me and did not charge me anything on helping me with my dads passing. My mother passed in late June.... We had to go to probate with a copy of the will, do not know where the original ended up. Davis was very patient with me and really helped me through the tough times. I am an only child he and really did his very best on guiding me the the transfer of the estate.

Mr Butterbaugh was recommended by a couple, one of whom is a lawyer. He completed rather complex estate planning for them. My uncle and his wife needed a will and various POAs. Mr Butterbaugh was very thorough and professional. He produced 14 documents for them to sign, some of which I would not have... known were necessary. I am very pleased with Mr Butterbaugh's work.
