With a short timeline, we needed an attorney who could help us negotiate and prepare several documents, including a premarital agreement and a trust, and someone who could be a capable intermediary and advocate for us in negotiations and re...fining these documents. We found David to be more than capable of doing so. In addition, we found David to be easy and pleasant to work with. He was accommodating with our schedules and needs, which we appreciated. He was generally available and accessible via phone and email, which we appreciates. He made it a point to understand our perspective on matters and to work within the parameters we requested. Mr Butterbaugh was recommended by a couple, one of whom is a lawyer. He completed rather complex estate planning for them. My uncle and his wife needed a will and various POAs.
