Experienced Attorney and very Professional Staff

Excellent staff and very experienced and professional attorney. Me and my wife were recommended by a family friend to go see Mr. Curtright. My wife was applying for me and i was here on student visa. The staff is very well trained and very professional. Their services are also very reasonable. Mr. Cu...rtright and his team did an excellent job from day 1 and my case was approved within months. Me and my wife could not be more happier. Since i was a full time student when we applied, Mr. Curtright helped me by setting up payments for services and i was totally amazed because he understood that i was a student and had strict finances for every month. The legal assistant, Ms. Sharon was also great and amazing when it came to following up with the case throughout. I remember my I-765 (EAD card) was stuck and delayed in USCIS, Mr. Curtright and his team did the best to get me the EAD card and permanent residency. They are very organized and their work is very professional when it comes to filling out forms and sending the file to USCIS. I would recommend all the readers who are taking time out and reading my post. Please go to him for your legal advice and i am positive you will never regret it. They know what they are doing and also they have their office right next to Immigration building.

Lance Curtright is an expert immigration attorney

Lance Curtright is an excellent attorney. We were extremely lucky to find Lance and DMCA, and would unquestionably recommend their services, especially for a difficult or high-stakes case. We will be forever grateful for their help. Our case was very challenging. Several other attorneys I talked to b...efore finding Lance wouldn't even take our case. My wife had a decade-old deportation order that was preventing her from getting a green card based on our marriage. It is very difficult to reopen old cases like hers, but Lance was able to convince an attorney from the Department of Homeland Security to help us by supporting our request to the immigration court to reopen her case. This was key because you only get one chance to ask the court to reopen a closed case. With the Homeland Security attorney on our side, the immigration judge agreed to reopen her case and subsequently canceled the deportation order. This cleared the way for my wife to get her green card. Lance also had a great trick to help us make the green card process easier. He helped my wife apply for an advanced parole travel document so she could briefly exit the U.S. and return legally through customs using her TPS. Since she was able to pass through U.S. customs beforehand, she did not have to return to her country to wait for her green card application to be approved. This made a huge difference because I know someone who had to leave the U.S. and wait over two months in his country for the approval process to complete. Again, we are extremely grateful to Lance and DMCA, and highly recommend their services!

Always looking out for my best interests

Lance Curtright is the best immigration lawyer in Texas. He's not afraid of the system, he was always willing to go all the way to achieve my goals. Lance truly understands the law, and all of it's implications. He was able to get the government to recognize citizenship, in a case other lawyers wou...ldn't dare take. Lance and his team always worked in a timely manner, in spite of the government's red-tape. As an Immigration Judge said during a hearing we had: "Oh, counselor, you're the one who likes to go all the way." If you really want to solve your case, don't waste your time with anybody else!
