Biography
After joining Mills Shirley in 1993, Scott opened the San Antonio office in 2002. Certified by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization in both Civil Trial and Civil Appellate Law, Scott provides advice to design and construction professionals in avoiding and resolving problems that arise in the course of complex building projects. His clients include architects, engineers, surveyors, contractors, subcontractors, and materials suppliers throughout the South and Central Texas area. He is a frequent speaker at Risk Management Seminars, and an instructor at the annual Professional Practice Leadership Program sponsored by AIA San Antonio.
