Biography
I am a plus 30 year lawyer, all involved in litigation. I have tried hundreds of cases. Over 60 jury trials, and over 25 reported appellate cases. My specialty is matters involving real estate, such as confllicts over land uses, road disputes, easements, partition, boundary and title issues.
My firm has a robust presence in South Texas with officies in San Antoinio, Corpus Christi, Austin and Houston. Becuase of our diversity of talent, our firm's byline is "Solutions for Business". We specialize in companies who have not yet grown to the point of needing an in-house legal department.
My years of appearing before rural courts, rural judges and rural juries in South Central Texas and the Texas Hill Country gives me an advantage in helping those who encounter complex legal problems in those key settings.
