I just don’t know how she can be any less than a 10 ⭐️. An attorney who’s so witty and knows the law, with a backbone and doesn’t intimidate easily. She has fought for me as a grandparent for custody over my grandchildren after they lost the only parent they had ever known, their Mother. When all I h...eard is that “I’m just the grandmother”. Disregarding the Dad is a drug user. I’m still fighting custody but this attorney has fought and defended my rights like I never expected. I have so much faith a d trust in her and I will always recommend her to anyone needing a Family Lawyer. God bless you ALWAYS Ms Frances Dunham and if I could give you 10 stars I would.

I hired Frances to represent me as my ex took me back to court to try and take my 50-50 custody. Throughout the process it was a disaster- rarely returning emails, wouldn’t take my phone calls about questions, sending me paperwork to look over that contained multiple errors, and even showed up late t...o court hearings twice. The main hearing I had to print and bring my own paperwork as her computer had “crashed” and she’d lost all documentation. You’re better off representing yourself!

Similar experience to other reviewers. Frances had no problem responding to emails and phone calls right up until I gave her the retainer fee. Since then, my calls, texts, emails have gone unanswered. At this point I don’t even know if I’m getting divorced. Considering this area of law affects a pers...on’s finances, mental health, children and coparenting relationships, you would think there would be some sort of compassion. I emailed her and requested that she cease all services and refund the unused portion of the retainer fee, and she promised to get back with me over a week ago. Now I’ll have to find a new lawyer to accomplish that and finish my case so that I can move on and out of this limbo.

Francis Dunham is literally one of the worst lawyers I have ever worked with. She only cares about the money. At first she acts like she really cares, but once you give her a retainer fee you won’t hear from her. Her communication skills are very poor to say the least. She treats clients like they ar...e a nuisance when trying to talk to her. She is disorganized and quite an embarrassment when it comes to making any kind of appearances as she just doesn’t seem to have it together. Do not waste your money on her, she is by far the worst lawyer ever. I’m so disappointed in her lack of adequacy, compassion and professionalism.
