Carolyn Marie Wentland

I was a client of this Atty. a while back .When one first gets arrested,you get swamped with letters from Lawyers,Mrs.Wentland`s says ; 'At Our Office,You`re Not Just A Number' ,but I felt like JUST a number . I know she is very knowledgeable in the field , but the whole process ,I was 'in the Black....' No reply to some calls ,stuff like that .I tried to be helpful in my case ,and the ONLY time I heard from the office was for a payment or court date .Was My First case ,Probably should have just tried a P.D. !

The reason the police approached my vehicle was because it was facing the wrong way on a one way street in downtown San Antonio. In court the state and the judge both watched the real piece of evidence, which was the video that had been taken from the police car the night of the arrest. Roland Garcia proved to the judge and the state that I shouldn't have been arrested for the fact that my car was completely off and I was not driving when the arrest happened. After the judge looked over the video she made her decision to dismiss my DWI case. Wentland and Garcia, dismissed both of my cases!! It was much more than I could have asked for. With their determination and intelligence in the field they changed my life forever, even if they don't realize it. The next step for me is expunging these cases from my record which they will be representing me in as well. Carolyn Wentland and Roland Garcia took the time to explain to me how the judicial system worked and the amount of time that it would take to get through my cases. They were patient with any questions I had and they were extremely supportive for my family and myself. Some people say, "I was just another client for that attorney...all they did was take my money." I can honestly say that I NEVER felt this way from them. They took the time to learn who I was and they built a trusting relationship with me. And it was never about the money either. They worked with me and understood my financial situation. All together they are a great team including the staff members that work in their offices. Ms. Wentland handled my case when other attorneys didn't want to. She even allowed me to have a payment plan. She was always available for any questions I had. Although my case was very serious it was entertaining to watch Ms. Wentland in court, she frustrated the prosecutors so much it was funny....
