I first called Carolyn Wentland when I was arrested for a $50-$500 theft charge.When I began calling around to numerous law offices in San Antonio, I quickly learned that no one would take the time to comprehend my situation. Roland Garcia proved to the judge and the state that I shouldn't have been arrested for the fact that my car was completely off and I was not driving when the arrest happened. After the judge looked over the video she made her decision to dismiss my DWI case. Wentland and Garcia, dismissed both of my cases!! It was much more than I could have asked for. With their determination and intelligence in the field they changed my life forever, even if they don't realize it. The next step for me is expunging these cases from my record which they will be representing me in as well.
