Terrible customer service
He takes forever to return calls, text, and emails, office staff the same. I don’t even bother now to contact his office staff and I keep records of his lack of response so I can file a claim against him

Lazy
Doesn't ever return calls. Or do anything by deadline takes weeks and weeks to get ahold of him and he acts like its no big deal. Constant excuses

Thank you...
Mr. Gier helped enforce the order to get me visits with my son and make up time for visits missed. It's a blessing to have my son back in my life without the interference from his mother. Couldn't be more appreciative of the work he did.

Does not return my calls
My case involves child support in which the mother is not "allowing" me to see my child. She takes my child support money but I haven't seen our child in 2 years. I have left numerous messages with his secretary on optaining a reciept for his "services". I consider myself very patient but it's wea...
