Excellent Attorney

I was recommended to Mr. Zipp by a friend. I hired him to probate the will of my mother. He a confident, trustworthy and compassionate attorney. In the future I would not hesitate to use him again should the need arise. I highly recommend him.

Excellent experienced attorney. His calm and compassionate demeanor helped our family navigate through our difficult situation while he diligently worked on our matter. I highly recommend Ronald Zipp.

HUGE WARNIING SIGN

Won't return calls are the least of your worries with this attorney. LITERALLY charged 3 times what other attorneys cost and when you need to speak to him, you might receive a call days later from an assistant who doesn't know anything either. Will offer suggestions that aren't applicable. The abs...olute worst experience I've ever encountered with a lawyer. Nightmare. Feels somewhat like he's not your attorney but rather extension of the prosecutions office.

Thought I hired a real Attorney but got a big mistake instead

Hired Mr. Zipp to represent us in a countersuit. We did all the leg work for him, including filing the paperwork with the courthouse. Our emails and phone calls were ignored until I mentioned giving him some money. At that time, we made appointment with him to discussed our next step. He was totally ...lost! He had no idea what we just did, where we currently were in the countersuit, or even what we planned to do. Instead of being up to date with our countersuit, he scrambled fanatically over the lawsuit trying to figure out what was going on. He also misread the information on the documents causing him to make mistakes. He stated he would contact me within a few days, but it has been over a month and yet I have heard nothing. We are now back to Mr. Zipp not returning my emails. We have paid him a lot of money for very poor representation and an extreme lack of commutation. For the protection of others who might need a good attorney, my next step might be to contact the State Board. He gives profession a bad name and a bad rap.

Waste of money and time

What a waste of money and time!!!. I was getting divorced and needed a good lawyer, Mr Zipps reputation was good so I thought this is who I need, I couldn't have been more wrong if I tried. I wasn't informed on any changes etc, my phone calls were never returned, if any work was done in connection ...to my case if was because I did it and then gave it to them. It seemed every time I went there for an appointment all he wanted me to do was make notes and lists and to counsul me about marriage, if I wanted counsuling I would have gone to a counsulor not a lawyer. When I needed a strong knowledgeable lawyer all I got was a marriage counsulor and he wasn't even good at that.
