Thought I hired a real Attorney but got a big mistake instead

Hired Mr. Zipp to represent us in a countersuit. We did all the leg work for him, including filing the paperwork with the courthouse. Our emails and phone calls were ignored until I mentioned giving him some money. At that time, we made appointment with him to discussed our next step. He was totally ...lost! He had no idea what we just did, where we currently were in the countersuit, or even what we planned to do. Instead of being up to date with our countersuit, he scrambled fanatically over the lawsuit trying to figure out what was going on. He also misread the information on the documents causing him to make mistakes. He stated he would contact me within a few days, but it has been over a month and yet I have heard nothing. We are now back to Mr. Zipp not returning my emails. We have paid him a lot of money for very poor representation and an extreme lack of commutation. For the protection of others who might need a good attorney, my next step might be to contact the State Board. He gives profession a bad name and a bad rap.

Personable and Professional

I did not have to be referred to this man. His reputation proceeds him. His personal manner with his clients, his genuine concern and knowledge make him an excellent choice for anyone needing legal advice of any nature. He is versed in multi-fields and has even been a judge. As far as me and my frie...nds, relatives and co-workers are concerned, there are no other lawyers in town, just Ron. He will get any job done in a timely manner and at a resonable cost. Thank you Ron!

Waste of money

I paid alot of money for not alot of lawyer or service. My phone calls took days to be returned if they were at all, his workers were rude when I called back to see when he would be returning my calls. Any thing I wanted sent to the opposing counsel was not written by them, it was copied and pasted... on a letterhead off my emails sent to them in confidence. All Mr Zipp seemed to do was listen and counsel instead of being a lawyer, if I wanted a therapist I would have gone to a therapist not a lawyer. I wish I had the opposing counsel, they did everything that Mr Zipp didn't. Mr Zipp never kept me informed of anything, I had to call and ask what was happening. If anything was done in my case it was because I did all the running around and then handed it to them. I regret hiring him and wouldn't recommend him.
