Lorna R Griffin

Ms. Griffin is an employees' rights attorney, here in the great State of Texas. She represents employees in wrongful termination & for other workplace issues throughout south central Texas.  Advocating for employees and entrepreneurs, she's familiar with all aspects of litigation, from the workplace to the courtroom. Since law is her second career, she's been on the employee side and with her Human Resources experience, she's well-versed on the employer side. She knows how employers operate, but most importantly, she knows the law.

Ms. Griffin regularly represents clients in state court, federal court, and in administrative actions, including U.S. EEOC and Texas Workforce Commission representation. She is currently licensed in all courts in the State of Texas and admitted to federal court practice in the U.S. District Court, Western District of Texas and the U.S. District Court, Southern District of Texas.

She serve clients throughout South Central Texas and resides in New Braunfels, Texas with her husband, Trey, and three of their children. The Griffins' eldest son is married and currently serves in the United States Air Force.
