Consulted with this attorney regarding potential representation. A proper consult was impossible because he was constantly cutting me off while I was speaking, then started talking about pursuing a court filing option that I already told him I didn't want to pursue. That's because he didn't "liste...n" to what I had already told him. How can you give advice if you don't even listen to the questions? As a client, when I talk, I expect for that attorney to LISTEN to what I tell them, completely. After all, I am the client. Hipolito has very poor listening skills, and like to run the conversation as if he's both the client and the attorney. You'd be better off with a better attorney.
