Provided Guardianship and Probate Services

The legal issue I was confronted with was time sensitive (a temporary guardianship) and Ms. Bitter got the issue before the court quickly and got the issue resolved. All of my dealings with Ms. Bitter were very professional and she is a subject matter expert in her area of law. I would not hesitate... to recommend her to anyone on any matters pertaining to guardianships or probate issues.

Great Help!

Amy was extremely helpful on a contentious probate proceeding and was able to effectively guide us through the process.

Exemplary Guardianship Work

Amy does an excellent job for us with guardianship of our special needs family member. She handles all legal work associated with the guardianship, coaching us and explaining the different requirements. Doing so gives my husband and me peace of mind that we are fulfilling our duties and safeguarding ...our loved one.

Avvo Rating

Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals. Attorneys who claim their profiles and provide Avvo with more information tend to have a higher rating than those who do not.

What determines Avvo Rating?
  • Experience & background Years licensed, work experience, education
  • Legal community recognition Peer endorsements, associations, awards
  • Legal thought leadership Publications, speaking engagements
  • Discipline Disciplinary information may not be comprehensive, or updated. We recommend that you always check a lawyer's disciplinary status with their respective state bar association before hiring them.
