Amy E. Bitter

Amy E. Bitter is an elder law attorney serving San Antonio and the surrounding areas.  Her practice includes guardianship (minor and adult), probate, and estate planning, including wills, trusts, health care directives (living wills) and powers of attorney (both statutory durable (financial) and medical).  She also works with clients on multiple ancillary documents to make probate and guardianship procedures easier, or to avoid them completely.

Ms. Bitter will often schedule appointments in the client's home as she represents many elderly clients ands finds it is simpler if she travels to their homes for meetings.  It also provides easier access to their documentation that is often forgotten when they come to an office.

Ms. Bitter practices in Bexar, Medina, Guadalupe, Comal and Atascosa counties.  She is also licensed to practice in Federal Court - Western District of Texas.
