I have had little experience with attorneys, but the conduct of the staff and Mr. Noe himself was nothing short of encouraging. The office staff was always willing to go the extra mile for me and never gave me any troubles for it. I'll give him a smooth -5 because every time I called to talk about the case they never answered or called back, once I drove 40 miles one way just to talk to him in person because they don't know how to use a phone. They refuse to give me an invoice after I fired him and they also kept all my person...al pictures (once again no answer or call back) and months later they still haven't returned part of the money they didn't use or my pictures. $4500 upfront for nothing at all. Hire him if you want to get screwed out of money and time.
