Thomas Russell Noe graduated from the University of Alabama in 1980, and obtained his Doctorate of Jurist Prudence from the University of Puget Sound in Washington state in 1989. He served as an assistant District Attorney in San Antonio, Texas for 5 years before beginning his long-standing practice in Washington County. His twenty years plus in local practice has allowed him to become well established with the legal community here and in the numerous surrounding counties.
