Smart & Compassionate

Amy is smart, compassionate and tenacious. I refer people to her regularly. If I needed a lawyer in the Brazos County area I would hire her (and I’m a lawyer). Top notch.

Wonderful Attorney & Professional Team

Amy and her team were wonderful! I could not have been in better hands and I thank her and her team for their professionalism and patience. It takes great humility to say to her client at the end of the case that she hopes they never need legal counsel in the future. Best Wishes to her.

The best lawyer in B/CS

Ms. Banks is professional, knowledgeable, and down to earth. In addition, she is kind, sensitive and very caring. During a very tumultuous time, Amy helped guide me both professionally and personally. A wonderful lawyer!

She is the best

Sometimes life takes an unexpected turn and you find yourself needing a family attorney. I was in such a situation and when I met with Amy, I basically told her I didn't even know what questions to ask. I was lost. Not only was Amy compassionate and understanding, she thoroughly explained the divorce... process and let me know what were my rights. I walked out of that first meeting feeling better and empowered. Every step of the way, Amy looked out for MY best interest. She would explain the ramifications of some of the verbiage in our Settlement Agreement and would make recommendations to ensure I was protected. She understands that YOU are the client and ultimately, everything is the client's decision, but she provides information so you can make a well-informed decision. I would HIGHLY recommend Amy to anyone who is in need of an attorney.

Avvo Rating

Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals. Attorneys who claim their profiles and provide Avvo with more information tend to have a higher rating than those who do not.

What determines Avvo Rating?
  • Experience & background Years licensed, work experience, education
  • Legal community recognition Peer endorsements, associations, awards
  • Legal thought leadership Publications, speaking engagements
  • Discipline Disciplinary information may not be comprehensive, or updated. We recommend that you always check a lawyer's disciplinary status with their respective state bar association before hiring them.
