About me

You know that old saying, "Sometimes bad things happen to good people"? Well, I'm the guy that helps those good people make things right.

If a person is needlessly injured, or if a person is taken advantage of in a business deal, or if a person is treated unfairly or unjustly in any way (especially children or the elderly), then I want to know about it.

I will shoot straight with you and lay out your options for you.  Knowledge is power.  And when you are dealing with a bully, you need to level the playing field.

I've had the pleasure of working with Mr. Harrison on several personal injury litigation cases. His skills as a trial lawyer are nothing short of amazing! In addition to having mastered the fundamental skills of evidence and procedure, he is also excellent at the psychology involved in lawsuits and injury cases. He is aggressive, highly skilled, extremely dedicated, and a masterful trial lawyer. I always look forward to the opportunity to work with Mr. Harrison!

Rusty and I have worked on several matters together. Rusty is always prepared and always knows the law better than the other side. In the cases that Rusty and I have worked on together, we have come across our fair share of legal issues, and Rusty is always the best person to determine the correct legal path forward. In the courtroom, Rusty is hard to beat. I never hesitate to recommend Rusty to others that need help.
